United Voice, NSW AREA / APPROX 1000m2 COMPLETION / DECEMBER 2013 Quattro was commissioned by United Voice NSW to design an interior fitout for their new workplace facilities in Haymarket, NSW. Quattro created a youthful and industrial fitout with strong graphic elements. The light and open plan spaces have allowed for flexibility and greater opportunity for staff collaboration. The fitout included: · New executive rooms, meeting rooms and staff utilities. · New break out areas inclusive of kitchenette and dining facilities · Configuration of staff workstations to an open plan workspaces · A bright and vibrant colour scheme. · New reception area inclusive wall cladding, furniture and signage · Glazing graphics throughout for privacy · Feature screens with custom pattern design

Richard Crookes Constructions, Crows Nest, NSW AREA / APPROX 240m2 COMPLETION / MAY 2009 Quattro has been the designer for Richard Crookes Constructions workplace interiors for 10 years, managing the design of fitout and churn works. Over this time the projects have included: · Open plan workspace · Executive offices · 2 new reception areas · Informal breakout spaces · Meeting rooms In a recent stage the reception was relocated to Willoughby Road allowing easier access for visitors to the office. The new reception and meeting rooms were designed to convey the branding of the company. Workstations for the construction teams at Richard Crookes, have been specifically designed to allow for A0 size drawings and adequate filing space for the large projects the firm undertakes.

Moneytree Wealth, Sydney AREA / 800 m2 BUDGET / $700,000 COMPLETION / APRIL 2008 Moneytree is a growing financial planning company that has relocated from leased premises to a newly acquired corporate space in the CBD. Quattro was commissioned to design a workplace that reflected the rapidly developing company staff and image. This included the creation of multiple meeting rooms, seminar/ training facilities, a childrens’ play area, cafe and breakout spaces. The design brief for Moneytree focussed on their company culture which is: · Friendly · Professional · Family focussed Emphasis is placed on staff and client needs, providing flexible spaces to work, meet and play. The project was executed within a tight budget and time frame.

Due to rapid growth the company required a new and larger office. The design brief emphasised the importance of reflecting the youthful nature of the business and, as with all Virgin companies, strong branding was absolutely critical.
