Bayview House

Bayview House AREA / APPROX 80 m2 COMPLETION / OCTOBER 2011 Quattro Interiors Studio completed the design for the refurbishment of the living areas to an existing residential property with spectacular views overlooking Pittwater. For the Client it was important to orientate the living areas around the view & to create a sense of openness however still maintain the flexibility to close down the space when needed. A timber joinery element seems to float across the ceiling space & returns into the fireplace joinery, visually connecting the kitchen & entertaining areas. The light & natural finishes palette co-ordinates & complements the clients own furniture & artwork collection. Bedfordale House Completion / February 2014 This new home designed by Suzanne Hunt Architect (SHA) is located in Bedfordale in the foothills of Perth.  ‘The overall design brief for was to design a tranquil sanctuary, reflecting the owner’s love of Japanese aesthetics, accommodate their aging, provide state of the art technologies and connect with their landscaping vision.’ Quattro Interiors was commissioned as part of the SHA team to assist with the interiors of the project including design development and documentation of finishes and detailed joinery units throughout the house, and directly by the client for the furnishing of the project. Longbeach House AREA / APPROX 280 m2 COMPLETION / DECEMBER 2010 Quattro Interiors Studio was engaged to design and document an interiors scheme for this luxurious beach front holiday home. The interiors fit out is reflective of the client’s beach side lifestyle. Working closely with the clients to develop a brief the joinery fit out and finishes selections evolved throughout an enjoyable and collaborative design process. Boundary Street House, Darlinghurst

Darlinghurst House AREA / 104 m2 COMPLETION / JUNE 2012 Kylie Grimwood, the Director of Quattro Interiors Studio went through the process of designing & re-building her own home in the inner city suburb of Darlinghurst. The design includes; ·         Upper level master bedroom, ensuite & study ·         Second bedroom ·         Bathroom ·         Kitchen, living & entertaining areas ·         Landscaping Quattro Interiors Studio have re-designed the existing historic fronted single level terrace into a contemporary, light filled, two storey urban abode.  The challenge of retaining the heritage streetscape frontage on a narrow site & meeting the needs of modern living, has resulted in a highly efficient layout that cleverly uses every millimetre of available space. The Bedford

The Bedford UNDER CONSTRUCTION Quattro Interiors Studio has been involved in the spatial planning of 12 residential apartments in this seven storey mixed use development. Located at the vibrant end of Surry Hills near Central Station, this multi residential building will continue the community growth at the southern end of Surry Hills.Working alongside Architects Weir Phillips, Quattro Interiors Studio underwent an extensive spatial planning exercise to maximise storage within the apartments and to achieve the most useable kitchen space. Colour schemes have been chosen to appeal to diverse buyers. The design for the stylish interiors include: ·         Classical colour scheme and finishes – oak, grey and white ·         Carpeted bedrooms ·         Built-in robes ·         Soft grey polyurethane joinery ·         White Corian bench tops ·         European kitchen appliances ·         Recessed down lights ·         Oak timber flooring CGIs by Lucid Metal

Cottesloe House

Cottesloe House COMPLETION / DECEMBER 2012 The owners of an existing new luxury home in the Perth suburb of Cottesloe engaged Quattro Interiors Studio to design, furnish & style key rooms & joinery pieces – putting the finishing touches on their new home. Quattro’s brief was to design bespoke joinery units for the piano room, home theatre, guest & master bedrooms & to make furniture & artwork selections for the home. The designers were involved in all stages of this project from the initial design sketches & ideas through to liaison with the builder & joiner whilst on-site & styling the property for photography. Quattro Interiors Studio also designed a one of a kind outdoor dining table with a concrete look top & tree branch decal to match the dining chairs. The design includes: ·         Custom joinery entertainment unit & storage to the piano room & home theatre ·         Bedheads to the guest & main bedrooms ·         Paint & wall finishes throughout ·         Furniture, rugs & artwork selections throughout

Sydney Wharf Penthouse, Pyrmont

Sydney Wharf Penthouse AREA / 140 m2 APPROX. COMPLETION / MAY 2012 Located in the highly prestigious and sought after location on Sydney Wharf, this penthouse apartment has undergone an extensive interior renovation. The concept focuses on introducing raw and natural materials with a clean, industrial aesthetic.Quattro was engaged by the owner to refurbish key areas of the apartment including kitchen, all bathrooms, bedrooms, living area and office. The main aim was to transform and maximise the potential of the space, especially the double height living area. The clients love of books and lack of current storage prompted the design of an impressive open bookshelf.The designers at Quattro have been involved in all aspects of this project to ensure a high quality of finish is achieved to meet client expectations. From detailed briefing sessions, sketch design and extensive documentation, to direct liaison with AV Consultants and Contractors such as Joiner, Steel Fabricator and Builder – the scope of work undertaken by Quattro has truly encapsulated all areas of concept to completion.
