Quattro Interiors Studio has been involved in the spatial planning of 12 residential apartments in this seven storey mixed use development. Located at the vibrant end of Surry Hills near Central Station, this multi residential building will continue the community growth at the southern end of Surry Hills.Working alongside Architects Weir Phillips, Quattro Interiors Studio underwent an extensive spatial planning exercise to maximise storage within the apartments and to achieve the most useable kitchen space. Colour schemes have been chosen to appeal to diverse buyers.

The design for the stylish interiors include:
·         Classical colour scheme and finishes – oak, grey and white
·         Carpeted bedrooms
·         Built-in robes
·         Soft grey polyurethane joinery
·         White Corian bench tops
·         European kitchen appliances
·         Recessed down lights
·         Oak timber flooring
