Zahli opened its doors in Elizabeth Street in Surry Hills in September 2014, raising the bar for modern Middle Eastern cuisine in Sydney with its distinctive take on traditional Lebanese dining. Quattro Interiors studio were commissioned to create an environment designed to transport diners to the banks of the Sannine on a warm night – with a fresh, contemporary twist. The extensive use of Encaustic tiles, the muted colour palette and traditional furnishings do just that.
The resulting space provides a warm and comfortable environment for diners to enjoy the experience.
